We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase from The Bralette. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact and securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
